Sales & CRM Consultant – Injury on Duty

Location: Groenkloof, Pretoria
Remuneration: Market-Related + Commission (based on experience)
Travel Required: Yes, regularly

 

About the Opportunity

Medical Resources Group is recruiting on behalf of our client, a well-established organisation in the healthcare administration and medical accounts sector, for a driven and professional Sales & CRM Consultant.

This role combines business development, client relationship management, training, and client support. It is ideally suited to a candidate who is confident engaging with professionals, enjoys building long-term relationships, and is motivated by both service excellence and achieving results.

While industry experience is advantageous, the right personality, professionalism, and ability to connect with clients are more important. Full training will be provided to the successful candidate.

 

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development

  • Prospect for new clients through networking, referrals, cold calling, and lead generation
  • Identify decision-makers and business opportunities
  • Present solutions and secure new client accounts
  • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline
  • Contribute to achieving revenue and growth targets

Client Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
  • Provide a high standard of client service and after-sales support
  • Ensure long-term client retention and satisfaction
  • Resolve client queries and account-related matters professionally

Training & Client Support

  • Provide client onboarding, training, and on-site support
  • Assist clients with processes, systems, and operational queries
  • Conduct regular client visits and provide feedback to management
  • Support clients telephonically and via email when required

Administrative & Operational Duties

  • Process incoming documentation within required turnaround times
  • Follow up on outstanding information and client queries
  • Assist with billing, debtor follow-ups, and administrative tasks where required
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and activities

Team Contribution

  • Work collaboratively with internal departments
  • Adapt positively to change and business needs
  • Share knowledge and contribute to a high-performance culture
  • Perform ad hoc duties as required by management

 

Minimum Requirements

  • Matric / Grade 12 (Essential)
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Previous experience in sales, business development, client service, or account management
  • Tertiary qualification (Advantageous)
  • Experience in healthcare administration or medical accounts (Advantageous)
