In line with their growth and commitment to excellence, they are seeking a dedicated and experienced Team Leader: Communications to join their team.

Functions:
• The Communication Team Leader ensures that all communication is delivered in a timely, efficient and cost-effective manner and that it adheres at all times to all guidelines, standards, requirements and agreed upon expectations.
• The individual maintains a positive work environment where team members are coached, enabled, motivated and productive.
• The Stakeholder Relations Team Leader is responsible for continual liaison between key stakeholders and production, ensuring that the requirements of the stakeholders are being satisfied in a timely and professional manner.

Skills:
• Computer skills and knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel, MS Office, Outlook and Internet.
• Strong planning and organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to prioritize.
• Exceptional Language skills
• Ability to work with people and be team player.
• Caring attitude and behaviour.
• Strong sense of self-esteem and confidence
• Flexibility in adapting to change and management decisions in order to achieve common goals.
• The application of problem-solving techniques.
• Ability of record keeping and documentation
• Leadership skills.
• Taking responsibility, must have good interpersonal relationship with the staff

Requirements:
• Grade 12 with Mathematics or Maths Literacy (Mathematics on a symbol E or higher. Maths Literacy on a symbol C or higher)
• Degree in Marketing/Communication
• Minimum 6 years’ experience in a Marketing / Communication environment
• Minimum 4 years’ experience in writing, editing and proof reading.
